Welcome to Hyp-Gnosis Academy. These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between you (the "Client") and Hyp-Gnosis Academy (the "Service Provider") when using this website or booking services.

Hyp-Gnosis Academy is a UK-based service provider offering online wellbeing services including Human Design readings and hypnotherapy-based sessions.

By accessing this website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Hyp-Gnosis Academy offers the following services:

• Human Design readings and consultations
• Inner Child Hypnotherapy sessions
• Embodied Human Design Deep Dive programmes

Important Disclaimers:

• All services are offered online only via video call
• Services are complementary and are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or mental health treatment
• Crisis support is not provided. If you are in crisis, please contact emergency services, your GP, NHS 111, or the Samaritans (116 123)
• These services are designed to support self-awareness, embodiment, and personal transformation — not to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition

All bookings are made via Calendly, our scheduling platform.

Payment is required upfront before sessions are confirmed. Payments are processed securely via PayPal, which accepts card payments and Pay in 3 options.

By booking a session, you confirm that:

• You have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions
• You have read and understood the Privacy Policy
• Payment has been completed in full
• You understand the nature of the service being booked

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Clear, respectful communication is always encouraged.

If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please give as much notice as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes where appropriate.

Missed sessions (where the client does not attend without prior notice) may not be refunded or rescheduled.

Boundaries are held with care and professionalism on both sides. We ask that clients honor their commitments where possible, and we commit to doing the same.

By engaging with Hyp-Gnosis Academy services, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own wellbeing before, during, and after sessions
• Participation is entirely voluntary
• You are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support (medical, therapeutic, or otherwise) where needed
• You have a quiet, private, and uninterrupted space for online sessions
• You will communicate openly if anything feels uncomfortable or unclear

Clients are encouraged to take responsibility for their own integration process and to honor their own pace, boundaries, and needs.

Certain sessions (such as Human Design readings) are recorded for your reference.

Recordings are shared via WeTransfer and are available for download for 7 days.

Important: Hyp-Gnosis Academy is not responsible for access to recordings after the 7-day download window has expired. It is your responsibility to download and save recordings within this timeframe.

Recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, or published without written permission.

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, session materials, and recordings, remains the intellectual property of Hyp-Gnosis Academy.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

Session recordings are provided for personal use and reflection only.

Hyp-Gnosis Academy provides services with care, integrity, and professionalism. However, no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes or results.

Hyp-Gnosis Academy is not liable for:

• Outcomes that are beyond reasonable control
• Technical issues related to third-party platforms (Calendly, PayPal, WeTransfer, Zoom, etc.)
• Decisions or actions taken by clients based on session content
• Loss of recordings due to failure to download within the 7-day window

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
