Hyp-Gnosis Academy is a space offering clinical hypnotherapy, Human Design insight, and integrative inner work to support self-awareness, embodiment, and subconscious change. We work with the nervous system, the psyche, and the soul — bridging practical therapeutic tools with multidimensional understanding.

This work is suited to people who are:

• Self-aware and curious about their inner landscape
• Ready to explore patterns with personal responsibility
• Seeking depth without spiritual bypassing
• Open to reflection, embodiment, and integration

It may not be suitable for everyone at every stage — and that's okay. This work asks for presence, not perfection.

All sessions are currently delivered online via Zoom or Google Meet.

Bookings are managed through Calendly, and payment is required upfront via PayPal. Card payments and Pay in 3 options are accepted.

A short discovery call is available if you'd like to discuss your needs before booking.

You're encouraged to listen for a clear internal "yes" before committing to any work. There's no obligation to book, and no pressure to decide immediately.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Clear, respectful communication is always encouraged.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give as much notice as possible. Boundaries are held with care and professionalism on both sides.

This work is complementary, not a replacement for medical or mental health care.

Yes. Services will expand over the next 12 months as training continues.

Full hypnotherapy offerings (including regression, parts work, and somatic integration) will be added following completion of clinical training in June 2026.

Advanced regression training will be completed by August 2026. You're welcome to revisit this page for updates as the Academy evolves.

Inner Child Hypnotherapy is a gentle, guided process that works with younger parts of the self — the parts that learned to adapt, protect, or hide in response to early experiences.

It is focused on:

• Awareness, safety, and deep relaxation
• Listening to parts of the self with compassion
• Creating space for integration, not reliving trauma

This work is supportive, not forceful. You remain in control throughout.

Hypnotherapy is not sleep or loss of consciousness. You remain aware and in control throughout the session.

Most people describe the experience as calm, focused, and reflective — like being absorbed in a daydream or deep meditation.

Everyone experiences it slightly differently. There is no "right" way to feel.

Everyone is different. A 4-week container is recommended for continuity, allowing time for integration between sessions.

One-off sessions are also available for those exploring the work for the first time.

There is no obligation to continue beyond what feels right. This work honours your pace and your inner knowing.

Yes. All sessions are trauma-conscious and client-led.

Consent and nervous system safety are prioritised throughout. You can stop, pause, or redirect the session at any time.

This work is gentle by design. Nothing is forced or extracted.

A quiet, comfortable, uninterrupted space is recommended. Wear comfortable clothing, and ensure you have privacy for the duration of the session.

Allow time afterward for rest and integration. Journaling, gentle movement, or simply being with yourself can support the process.

There is no "right" way to prepare. Come as you are.
