Human Design is a revolutionary system that acts as a compass for your life. For me, it became the key that helped me move my body through layers of trauma — by truly understanding and embodying my design, everything shifted. I explain it in a way that actually makes sense, cutting through the confusion to raise your self-awareness fast.
One session is often all you need to know. Many clients describe it as finally feeling seen — like a huge weight has lifted and a new sense of joy has been initiated.
For some, it's about closing a chapter — finally understanding your parents' charts and alleviating the internal suffering you didn't know wasn't yours to carry.
I use Human Design as my compass too. It shows me where I'm in traumatic loops and where things flow easily. Now I can see exactly where I'm aligned — and where I'm not.
Highlighting your gifts, how to protect your open areas, and your unique path forward.
Raise aware children by understanding their design. I'm passionate about working with kids and teens to help them grow into who they're meant to be.
Hypnotherapy is a way to explore your mind, access your potential, and rewire your internal computer for success. I'm a gentle, curious guide who walks alongside you through your internal world — safely and gently.
Your Consultation
Your first session starts with a thorough consultation — we talk, I understand exactly what we're working with, and together we create a clear game plan.
Enter Hypnosis
I invite you to close your eyes, relax, and follow the sound of my voice. You remain in communication with me throughout — even when speaking, you stay in hypnosis.
Rewire & Transform
In this state, your mind becomes highly adaptable. This is where we communicate with your 95% unconscious mind — implanting new pathways and creating lasting change.
All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. You go into hypnotic states multiple times a day — when driving, doing the washing up, or absorbed in a book. It's completely natural and profoundly powerful.
Unless your unconscious mind is on board with the suggestions, nothing unwanted can happen. This is why I do a thorough consultation first — to really understand you and your goals.
Traumas can be examined without being activated through timeline regression — safely exploring what's held in your unconscious, gently and at your pace.
Understanding parts of yourself — why some aspects have caused unhappiness or held you back. Finding harmony and resolution within.
Afterwards you may feel refreshed, or beautifully sleepy. New insights often dawn over the coming days — clarity, lightness, release.
I've walked through complex terrain myself — living with ADHD and CPTSD — and I bring unwavering compassion to every client. Whether it's fears, upcoming events, internal conflict, or the weight of past trauma: we can work through it together.
Highly stressed? A course of sessions can teach your body how to down-regulate fast — giving you tools that last a lifetime.
"If you want someone trauma-informed who isn't afraid of wild stories — come to me."
Conscious connected, trauma-informed breathwork — a powerful practice to connect deeper with your true self, release trauma and stuck energy, and achieve altered states where the conscious mind can finally rest.
Breathwork is something I usually offer at festivals and events in group settings — and it's something I weave into hypnotherapy journeys and future programmes.
Sometimes the breath can feel like too much depending on where you are emotionally. That's completely okay — hypnotherapy remains my primary offer, with breathwork available as an additional option as we journey together.
Coming soon: Online somatic practices every two weeks — rotating between Flow Dance Meditation, Breathwork, and Yoga. Stay connected for updates.
Flow Dance Meditation is what happens when meditation and ecstatic dance have a baby — a guided journey between 30 and 45 minutes that takes you deeper into connection with yourself.
Eyes closed, you tune in to what's actually there — beneath the surface, beneath the noise. Just you and your body.
Move with that energy. Let it flow through you. The music builds — higher tempo, more freedom, more expression.
We slow down. The body is invited to let go of whatever it needs to. And you leave feeling lighter, connected, and often — unexpectedly happy.
Each journey is down to each person — you can go as deep as you like, each time you show up.
Primarily offered at festivals and events. Coming soon: local Flow Dance Meditation groups in nature — with headphones for a unique outdoor experience.
Trauma-informed Hatha yoga — a slower, gentler practice focusing on alignment and stability. Building a foundation from the bottom up, reconnecting you with parts of yourself you may have lost touch with.
Start lying down — I warm up the body gently from this grounded place
Progress through positions — from lying to seated, to all fours, eventually into standing
Focus on 4-5 poses — staying in each, honouring alignment and stability as your foundation builds
Breath to close — gentle breathing practice to cool and integrate, depending on the environment
I have used yoga as a form of reconnecting to my body — and through that physical reconnection, I've rediscovered parts of myself I thought were gone.
The mind and body are not separated. When we move one, we move the other. This is why yoga complements everything else I offer — it provides something physical with tangible results for the mind.
Offered at festivals, events, and retreats. Available locally as a standalone service or as part of your healing journey alongside hypnotherapy and other offerings.
