I hold deep, two-hour transformational sessions that integrate clinical hypnotherapy, nervous system regulation, somatic practices, Human Design, astrology and years of lived experience.
This isn't surface-level work. I ask the questions most people don't β the kind that open doors you didn't know were closed. And I bring everything I've learned, personally and professionally, into the room with me.
I've done my own deep healing work β which means I don't just understand this process intellectually. I understand what it feels like to live inside it.
Most hypnotherapy appointments last between 60 and 90 minutes.
Mine don't.
Meaningful change rarely comes from rushing. That's why every session lasts approximately two hours. This gives us the time to slow down, understand what's really happening beneath the surface, regulate your nervous system, work with your subconscious mind and create lasting change β not simply temporary relief.
Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, I integrate clinical hypnotherapy, nervous system regulation, somatic practices, Human Design and astrology to understand you as a whole person.
